Did you know that nature is teeming with life-force (also known as prana, chi and ki)? Join us to learn how to consciously harness the abundant nature prana effortlessly from air, trees, earth and sun to release pain, stress and anxiety and boost your energy. In this session, we will combine breathwork, meditation and knowledge of prana and chakras in order to connect with nature prana for self-healing. No prior experience is needed. We will stand, sit and lie down for parts of this session. Please bring your picnic blankets and camping chairs and dress for the outdoors.
This is the first time we are offering outdoor sessions for public. Please register early as space is limited for both sessions.
